www.biapatna.org and it is issued on the express condition that all matters in it
are subject to vary from time to time without prior notice.
- The Biapatna registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances such as rescheduling or
cancellation of exam due to natural calamity.
- Always use the exact details such as Student’s name, father’s name, etc. as per the Xth marksheet,
XIIth marksheet, ID Proof, etc.
- Biapatna may withdraw its offer of admission, or terminate the registration, if it is found that
either a false or a misleading statement has been made or that significant information has either
been omitted or withheld in a candidate’s application form.
- It is your responsibility to review, contact and visit official websites of Biapatna, support team
from time to time to ensure that you continue to agree with all of its terms.
- The Biapatna admission counseling fees will be adjusted in the college fees. No claim on Biapatna
admission counselling fees can be made after locking the seat of an institution. The admission
counselling fees are non-refundable.
- All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at New Delhi, India only.
