Terms and Conditions

  1. That, the institute is purely a technical institute. It offers an Aircraft Maintenance Engineering course which is duly approved by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (D.G.C.A.), Govt. of India. As such, as per the direction of the approving authority i.e. D.G.C.A., Govt. of India, the syllabus, exam pattern, duration, of course, etc may vary during the course, and the students will abide by the guidelines, variations, modifications implemented by the institute in the light of the circulars, directions or modifications made by the D.G.C.A.

 

  1. That, in order to successfully complete the course, the students will have to fulfill the requisite attendance (minimum 90%) and performance level (minimum 75%), as stipulated by the Govt. of India.

 

  1. That, the students will not act in the manner under any circumstances, as to show scant regards to the basis of ethics of discipline, both within and outside the campus of the institute premises.

 

  1. Institute shall have the right to terminate any student at any stage during the training without any warning or such, in the following situations and circumstances:

 

  • Ragging
  • Possession of drugs/alcohol
  • Collective grievances redressal

Any kind of unworthy or indecent behavior like physical assault, abuse, groups, etc, and any other anti-social activities.

 

  1. For these incidents, Institute’s decision shall be final & binding upon all concerned. Institute shall not be answerable to the students or the guardians. The onus of proving the guilt should not be on the institute authority.

 

  1. That, the students/guardians are liable to pay the fees as per fee structure given along with the admission letter at the time of admission & every year in the month of June/July as it would be required by the institute.

 

  1. That, however, if any taxes, cess like service tax, etc are imposed by any competent Govt. authority, the same has to be paid by the students/guardians on an actual basis.

 

  1. That, the students will accept only caution deposit in case of their premature withdrawal from the courses.
  2. That, any refund would be made in strict compliance with the refund rule as mentioned in the prospectus of Bharat Institute of Aeronautics. It is clearly understood that the institute shall have the right to take any course of action against the students for realizing the fees of their future studies in case of any such premature withdrawal as the seat vacated in such condition shall remain vacant for the entire tenure of their perceived/scheduled study in the institute.

 

  1. That, the students will not involve themselves in such activities, including politics, which may affect their interest in. studies adversely.

 

  1. That, the students will do nothing unworthy of a student at the Bharat Institute of Aeronautics either inside or outside it or do anything that will interfere with its orderly working and discipline.

 

  1. That, the students must agree to abide by the Instructions duly issued from time to time by the Institute authorities.

 

  1. That, it is clearly understood that the students have joined the course for making their career. Any such things which may distract their attention from their studies should be strictly dealt with and may even lead to their expulsion from the institute.

 

  1. That, for the smooth progress of the studies & proper acknowledgment of performance of students, mutual exchange of view of parent/guardian, in the parent-teacher meeting is very much essential.

 

  1. That, the aviation industry requires strict compliance of discipline. Accordingly, the institute requires strict compliance of discipline.

 

  1. That, the institute shall not compromise with the discipline of students & moral ethics.

 

  1. That non-compliance of any one of the above conditions may lead to interruption of termination of the training of the students.
