Refunds/Cancellations

The Institute is purely a technical organization and as such there are limited seats only. So, in case of students leaves the Institute after admission following rules will be applicable for any refund.

1. The admission fee is not refundable in any circumstance.
2. Any request for refund of tuition fee after fifteen days of admission or commencement of classes, whichever is earlier will not be entertained under any circumstances.
3. 20% of the Tuition Fee will be deducted towards administrative charges whenever a refund is made within the stipulated period.
4. All Disputes are subject to Patna Jurisdiction only.
5. All refunds and caution payments would be made through an A/c payee cheque only.
6. The Receipt is valid only subject to the realization of the Cheque.
