Category B1.1 Basic License is a licensing program including all the privileges of category A1. After attaining a Type Rating for a particular aircraft, the person becomes a full-fledged Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, covering maintenance, repairing, replacement, or rectification of structure, engine, mechanical, electrical & Hydraulic systems for that type of aircraft.

B2 (2+2 Years)

Category B2 license is all about maintenance on avionics systems such as electrical instruments and radio components fitted on an aircraft.
