Jet Airways is Coming Back [With Premium and No-Frills Hybrid Model]

Jet Airways which is going under the restructuring is fully prepared to return with a hybrid of premium & no frills services that would allow the earlier top Airline Company to regain its market share while managing costs in the highly competitive aviation market in India.

Once the bankrupt airline, now run by a new group of owners, has a two-class configuration where business class passengers will be provided with services, including free meals.

Giving light to this, in today’s domestic Indian market, it’s hard to make extra cost on food or anything else in the business class.

Though, considering this, Sanjiv Kapoor, the Aviation Veteran said not to burden the business class passengers with extra cost.

Now, heading to some more information, but before that, if you have zeal to become a successful Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, Then your go to place would be Bharat Institute of Aeronautics, One of the Best AME Colleges in Patna providing theoretical as well as practical knowledge, along with 100 % placement assistance.

Flying Authorization

Jet Airways will be doing some test flights with no passengers to ensure safety. Moreover, this will make the airline eligible for a permit to fly. Further, this permit will allows new owners to make investments and will allow the airline to negotiate landing and parking slots with the airport.

Jet Airways will return to the Indian sky, which is expected to be busier and more competitive as billionaire Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, who owns Akasa Air, is preparing to fly later this year.

Although air travel has changed rapidly since the two-year Covid-19 pandemic and aviation market is very well adjusting to new ways of changed approach.

Leasing Aircrafts

The delay in implementing the resolution plan was partially hampered by the lack of a permit to fly.

While the plan was to renew the old Jet Airways license, but since the license is no longer valid, it’s now forcing the carrier to reapply.

Also, due to the high backlog of the manufacturers of the most famous aircraft, Jet Airways will initially start with leased aircraft.

Though, Jet Airways is also inspecting aircraft from Boeing, Airbus SE and Embraer SA, and has yet to decide on a model. According to Sanjiv Kapoor, the Airline doesn’t wish to be pushed into the market, only because it is available.

With that being said, there are lot more things to be done, & then the Airline will come with full throttle.

With Relaunch of Jet Airways and launching of Akasha Air the pre-pandemic glory of Indian Aviation can be easily anticipated.
